1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Majestic Build K Ltd for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Majestic Build K Ltd provides electrical, heating, gas, and home installation services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
3. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided by the customer and may be subject to change following a site survey.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your quotation and may include:
- Deposit payment to secure booking
- Progress payments for larger projects
- Final payment upon completion and customer satisfaction
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and materials as specified by the manufacturer.
7. Liability
We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed, except in cases of negligence or breach of statutory duty.
8. Compliance
All work is carried out in accordance with current UK building regulations and industry standards. We provide all necessary certification and documentation upon completion.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the property and requirements
- Ensuring safe access to work areas
- Moving valuable or fragile items from work areas
- Providing power and water access as required
10. Variations and Changes
Any variations to agreed work must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to UK law.
